• API and server information (Melonly API and ERLC in-game API)

• We use the Melonly API to show previous logs that a user has when the AI moderation is figuring out punishment.

Automated Moderation and AI Processing

LynxGuard uses automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to analyze in-game activities for moderation and enforcement purposes. All processing is conducted in alignment with the administrator configurations.

Automated actions are limited to moderation detection and enforcement mechanisms supported by the LynxGuard software. The product will not modify Roblox platform mechanics outside permitted integrations.

Scope of Automation

Automated actions are strictly limited to generating warnings, maintaining moderation logs, or executing enforcement actions explicitly configured by server administrators.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

Information you provide to use our service will NOT be shared with anyone or anything unless it is needed for the product to perform its duties. We do NOT sell, rent, or trade any information you provide us.

Data Retention

Information that is shared with LynxGuard for our service to operate is only retained for as long as it is needed to support moderation, enforcement, and security operations.

Information is deleted when no longer needed. Remember, we do NOT sell, rent, trade, or anything to do with giving your information out.

Information Security

LynxGuard implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure. We continuously monitor and improve our security to ensure you are safe with LynxGuard.

Third Party Operators

LynxGuard runs on a reduced, targeted set of third-party technologies that serve a particular purpose, such as automated moderation, storage, and reliability.

LynxGuard's systems are locally hosted, which means that the core systems and logic of moderation are run and controlled by LynxGuard itself as a host service, not on managed application platforms hosted by other third parties.

Use of Melonly API

LynxGuard connects solely with the Melonly API to fetch historical moderation actions that are relevant to the accuracy and continuity of enforcement actions. The data that is fetched from the Melonly API is restricted to moderation actions and is used exclusively for making automated moderation actions, if necessary.

LynxGuard doesn't make use of the Melonly API for analytics, advertisement, profiling, or resale of the data.

Use of MongoDB

LynxGuard relies on MongoDB as the database solution, which provides storage for moderation details, system configurations, as well as logs that are essential for service functionality. The data is consequently accessed only by authorized systems of LynxGuard, which are protected with reasonable security mechanisms.

The use of LynxGuard data for any purpose other than storing the data and database functionality is prohibited for MongoDB.

Use of BloxLink API

We use BloxLink API keys in order to get access to Roblox IDs, usernames, and other public player information. This information is used in order to view player profiles to verify if they are unrealistic, etc.

To exercise your rights, please email us with detailed information to verify who you are to ensure safety for all users. We do not do such requests in Discord. If you do not receive an email back, you are allowed to open a ticket.

Payment Information

If you purchase access to LynxGuard, the transaction is conducted through the Roblox platform using Roblox game passes. All purchases are subject to Roblox's systems, policies, and processing practices. LynxGuard does not process or store payment information. Please refer to the Roblox Privacy Policy for details regarding payment handling.

We have the right to change this document whenever we would like to. It is subject to change, and we request that you read it as soon as it is posted to the website.

Children Use

The Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 13. LynxGuard does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
